it is official! i have now been to mexico. growing up in california, most people expect that i have been to mexico many times, but it is simply not true.i was able to practice some of my spanish in the taxi ride from the airport - boy my spanish is rusty! i landed in puerto vallarta on saturday and spent the first couple of days lounging by the pool in the hot sun.
